Beatrice Browne inspires young readers
with new children’s book
Readers experience ocean through eyes of Jasmine Fayre in
‘Jasmine Fayre: The Backdoor Meets the Sea’
Author and teacher Beatrice Browne takes readers to the seaside for an exciting adventure in “Jasmine Fayre: The Backdoor Meets the Sea” (published by LifeRich Publishing), starring a curious little girl and her favorite playmate.
In this colorful children’s book, readers are introduced to Jasime Fayre, a little girl who loves her home near the ocean. Together with her puppy, Mr. Whiskers Willy, Jasmine explores her town of Fayreville and makes new friends and involves her family, friends and the townspeople on her adventures.
“The book is a good ‘read and share’ selection for family and friends,” says Browne. “It may inspire activities such as visiting the ocean to collect shells, observe ocean animals and participate in species conservation programs.”
An excerpt from “Jasmine Fayre: The Backdoor Meets the Sea”:
“This is the story of little Jasmine Fayre
She loves to walk along the beach
…A fact I will share.
A tiny girl whose heart is true,
Finding shells is what Jasmine, called Jazz, likes to do.”
