14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

1. As the song plays the first time (During Verse 1), make remarks about the Sermon on the Mount and the instructions that follow the blessings. Emphasize that we are the salt of the earth. We are saved by grace but we must spread the Good News wherever we can. We should reach out to our neighbors and give what we can great or small.

2. As the song plays the second time, read the scripture from the book

of Matthew 5:11-16 Romans 2:10, and Galatians 5:22-26
